Provisioned Device's Admin Password
When trying to locate the Admin password for a provisioned device through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...
- Open uControl
- Click on the Blue "Management Tab" then click "Provisioning Device."
- Enter your devices MAC (or parts of) in the search field or scroll to the desired device.
- Click the details button
This will list all the ATA details, including the Admin Password.
Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
If you change the default setting and the device stops working, it will need to be factory reset and reprovisioned again as outlined in our knowledgebase provisioning section https://support.thinktel.ca/kb/article/283
