Adding a number to a 411 directory

Submitting a Listing Request

Fax Number: (will only be applied if we are CLEC)

Time to complete

It can take up to 4 to 8 weeks to complete the listing.

Fees

Montreal or Toronto phone book $4.00 a month

Other Canadian Cities $2.50 a month

Once a year the info is taken out of the 411 Database and put into the city white Pages.

Ported Numbers

A ported in number WILL GO OUT of listings when ported to us and we will reinstate within 4-8 weeks if a request is submitted.

When submitting a port request, if you would also like a 411 listing. Please also send a listing request as explained above. Send in both requests at the same time for quickest completion.
