Prior to submitting your first ticket please setup a new account as outlined below.
1. Click the "login" button(Top Right) then the "Request New Account" button
2. Enter your name and email
3. Click submit
4. We will send you an email with instructions to activate your account.
5. Click on the hyperlink. You will then be redirected to our login page.
6. Enter and confirm a new password.
7. Click "Confirm Account"
8. You will be redirected to our new site.
9. Click on "New Ticket" and fill out the required fields related to your issue.
