&lt;p&gt;VIA Phone&lt;BR&gt;
1. Dial *98 from your phone (Or from another phone call your number and when you greeting is being played press the * key)&lt;BR&gt;
2. Enter your password&lt;BR&gt;
3. Press 3 to update your Greeting Messages&lt;BR&gt;
4. Press 5 to set your busy greeting or&lt;BR&gt;
 -  Press 6 to set out of hours greeting.&lt;BR&gt;
5. Then follow the prompts &lt;BR&gt;

&lt;p&gt;VIA Self-Care&lt;BR&gt;
1. Log in to https://myphone.thinktel.ca&lt;BR&gt;
2. Click on the Settings Tab&lt;BR&gt;
3. Click on Messages Sub Tab&lt;BR&gt;
4. Expand Voice Mail Greetings&lt;BR&gt;
5. Expand more options&lt;BR&gt;
6. Check the box beside the greeting type you want to enable&lt;BR&gt;
7. Click the corresponding edit/record&lt;BR&gt;
8. Click on the record button (Red circle) to record your greeting&lt;BR&gt;
9. Click on the play button (Blue triangle) to review your greeting&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

They are as follows:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dial your phone number--&gt;  When you&#xE2;&#x80;&#x99;re here your greeting press the "*" key&lt;BR&gt;
&#xE2;&#x97;&#x8B; You will be asked to enter your phone password followed by the "#" key.&lt;BR&gt;
If you don't have this number please contact support.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;You can also dial into using our access number 1-877-508-9810&lt;BR&gt;
You will be asked to enter you extension (Your 10 digits phone number)&lt;BR&gt;
&#xE2;&#x97;&#x8B; You will then be asked to enter your password followed by the "#" key&lt;BR&gt;
If you don't have this number please contact support.&lt;BR&gt;

&lt;p&gt;An exact date has not been set but the proxies in question may be taken out of service as early as the start of Q3 2012. We are encouraging clients to make the change now to enjoy the benefits of our new clusters.  VP is the first to be scheduled for decommission.  Support staff are migrating customer over on an as needed basis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are several advantages including newer software and hardware, multi-homed IP structure, the ability to transparently handle NAT connections. They also proxy audio along with signalling, which allows us to capture full network, audio and signalling in our traces in the event troubleshooting is required. These proxies are also geographically distributed to reduce latency to the customer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Since EICO specifically operates in a direct media configuration, audio capturing is extremely difficult to perform if not impossible. Given the nature of the direct media of EICO simply moving to a proxy that handles both signalling and audio solves the majority of one way audio problems.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;While we understand that it is time consuming and can cause small outages for customers to change proxies, the benefits of redundancy and a higher level of service far outweigh the inconvenience.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As our Support department now has extended hours, Monday 00:00(Midnight) till Friday 24:00EST(24hr support on week days) Saturday &amp;amp; Sunday 09:00-18:00EST.  We can perform the migration at your convenience.&lt;BR&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most PBX's have a max call duration (default setting 120 minutes) to help prevent toll fraud.  You will have to locate this setting and increase the call duration.  Or be aware of this setting and place your call again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Open uControl&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Click on the grey "Numbers" Tab&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beside the SIP Trunk in question click the "details" button&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;To change the commit&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Under the SIP Trunk Information click "Edit"&lt;BR&gt;
a. Enter the desired Committed channels.&lt;BR&gt;
b. Click "Save"&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;To Change the burst&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Under the Configured SIP Binding - Click "Edit"&lt;BR&gt;
a. Enter your desired burst level in the channels field&lt;BR&gt;
b. Click "Save"&lt;BR&gt;
Your burst is a combination of all of your bindings channel count.  &lt;BR&gt;
So if you have commit of 5 and want to burst to 10 and have one binding make the binding channel 10 but if you have two bindings you would make the channels 5 each.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Click Management--&gt;Dashboard to return to main screen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Log into your phones GUI&lt;BR&gt;
a. Locate the Phones IP&lt;BR&gt;
Press the options button on your phone and scroll down to the Network menu choice. In here you should find the phones ip address on the local network.&lt;BR&gt;
b. Go to your computer, open your web browser, and enter your phones IP i.e. http://192.168.x.x replacing the x.x part with the ip address obtained from you phone.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Click on "Admin Login" (Top right )  Wait for screen to reload Click on "advanced"&lt;BR&gt;
a. You may be asked for&lt;BR&gt;
User Name: admin&lt;BR&gt;
Password: If you don't have please contact support.  By email &lt;a href="mailto:support@thinktel.ca" title=""&gt;support@thinktel.ca&lt;/a&gt;  or by phone at 866-928-4465 Options 1-3-1&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Click on the Provisioning Tab and ensure 'Provision Enable' is set to yes&lt;BR&gt;
a. Set 'Resync Random Delay' to '0'&lt;BR&gt;
b. Set 'Resync Periodic' to '5'&lt;BR&gt;
c. Set 'Profile Rule' to: "http://provision.thinktel.ca/init.cfg"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Click on 'Submit All Changes'&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your Cisco/Linksys device will reboot up to four times with firmware potentially being upgraded if out of date.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Please note: It can take 10-20 minutes for your device to populate in our provisioning servers. If the process appears to be taking longer than this, the device may need to be manually rebooted by unplugging/replugging the power supply.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
